The ShearMaster laboratory dissolver is designed for batch sizes of 1 to 10 l and is equipped with a 1.1 kW variable speed drive.
The SHEARMASTER laboratory dissolver is a high-speed mixing aggregate for intensive, time-saving mixing and dispersing of small quantities of product (1 – 10 l). It is equipped with a 1.1 kW electric drive. A frequency inverter allows infinite speed adjustment for the interchangeable mixing tools from 500 – 6000 min-1 or alternatively 100 – 1200 min-1.
The mixing vessel, which can be a standard can or container, is easily exchangeable with the quick clamp device. To ensure the best possible vortex formation, the dissolver disk can be raised or lowered to the correct position by means of a linear motor in the IP model or a pneumatic cylinder in the Ex model. For monitoring and control of the operation, power consumption and speed are digitally displayed. A stainless steel model is available for processing pharmaceutical products.
