The MICRO Ψ-MIX® is the laboratory-scale version of the proven Ψ-MIX® Inline Disperser designed for pilot plants and small batches. Homogeneous, fine dispersions with exactly reproducible quality are achieved within a controlled process in the MICRO Ψ-MIX®. It combines a new energy-saving dispersing method with emission-free inline operation. Powdered solids are wetted with liquid components under vacuum and micro-cavitation.
It is possible to process both low and high viscosity suspensions – even those that can barely be pumped – from the entire range of applications for dispersing technology.
